Adecco is hiring entry level Production Technicians for various shifts in Essex. These are 12 hour shifts that feature a 3 day on/4 day off rotational work week.

The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDPs high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.

**Position Responsibilities:**

1. Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.

2. Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies

1. Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.

2. Actively engage in resolving production line issues, executing and developing standard work, tracking production data, and participating in lean daily management process.

3. Actively learn and participate in formal problem-solving processes with team members.

4. Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

5. Demonstrate values of Team First, Deliver Big, Think Bold, Being Fearless and Fair.

**Pay Details:** $19.95 to $22.88 per hour
