Entry Level Production Worker - Aerotek : Job Details

Job Title: Packaging TechnicianJob Description• Applies Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer requirements in all areas of responsibility. • Complies with all safety regulations and conducts all activities in a safe, efficient manner. • Performs manual or automated assembly, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products while ensuring adherence to specifications and the highest quality standards. • Acts as the primary performer of in-process and AQL inspections and other necessary tasks • Performs computer-related tasks to perform necessary duties. • Participates in start-up and closure of packaging jobs. • Cleans packaging rooms and machinery in accordance with SOPs and GMP. • Ensures adherence to quality standards for the assembly, filling, packaging, and labeling of pharmaceutical products. • Accepts or rejects in-process clinical supplies and drug products. • Performs computer-related tasks for signing in to a job, in-process actions, and data entry. • Performs counts of components and drug products.Hard SkillspackaginglabelingfillingJob TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Allentown, Pennsylvania.Work Environment*MUST BE OKAY WORKING IN FREEZER ENVIRONMENT*It is critical that candidates are accurately informed.
