Hybrid position with approximately 50% travel Initial geography will cover Mid-Michigan Responsibilities: Recruiting & Selection: Serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of recruiting and candidate selection. Focus on attracting and hiring highly qualified candidates for campuses in Central Michigan. Administrative Support: Provide support with a variety of administrative tasks including preparing offer letters, conducting reference and background checks, and managing pre-employment requirements. Act as the first point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process. Community Outreach: Identify and manage relationships with local community partners to create pipelines for top talent. Foster connections to support our recruitment efforts.
