Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Remote Travel Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting clients with planning and booking their dream trips. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the travel industry while working remotely from anywhere!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to assist with travel inquiries and bookings
• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel dates
• Research and suggest flights, accommodations, activities, and car rentals
• Assist with itinerary management and adjustments as needed
• Help clients navigate travel documentation, such as visas and insurance
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and destination information
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in travel and exploring new destinations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable using online booking tools (training provided)
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to problem-solve and think creatively when assisting clients
• Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
