Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our current clientele
• Attract and onboard new clients to expand our portfolio
• Lead and evaluate team sales activities and overall productivity
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members
• Record daily activities and performance metrics via our Salesforce CRM
• Focus daily on enhancing client management and developing leadership capabilities
