Entry Level Software Developer - TCI Technology Consulting : Job Details

TCI has an immediate need for an Entry Level Software Developer in Frankfort, KY. This is not a C2C opportunity. This is a long-term contract opportunity with probable extensions.

Note: This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.

This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1 year of experience in application development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and deploy custom PowerApps applications to meet business requirements.
• Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate.
• Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for Power Platform development.
• Document application designs, configurations, and user guides.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule including 2-3 days on-site in Frankfort, KY.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft services.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data integration techniques.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
