We are transforming from a supplier of trucks and buses to a provider of complete and sustainable transport solutions.The Virtual Product Development (VPD) team consists of CAD/PLM specialists who foster the learning and growth of these tools through in-person training sessions or on-demand videos. They provide technical support for issues related to the tools and the design release process. Additionally, they work to enhance workflow efficiency by introducing new features and techniques or implementing straightforward automation functions.ResponsibilitiesSoftware Proficiency: The team will train and onboard employees in software like Catia, Enovia, and OAS using existing training materials.Data Migration: Oversee CAD data migration to Catia/Enovia and support the shift to a collaborative Traton environment.Efficiency Improvement/Automation: Develop automation processes, checklists, and workflows.Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues for users.Training Session: Perform 4-5 day courses in Catia (V5), Enovia, OAS (Custom software). Helping experienced engineers into a new design CAD software.Prototype and Test: Codevelop new techniques of design with CAD and assorted software and bring fresh ideas/contributions to various engineering groups or IT.Innovate: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews to solve engineering challenges.Collaborate: Work with IT and business groups to identify inefficient processes and develop solutions to remove barriers.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer ScienceORCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science and will obtain degree prior to first day of employmentAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
