$23.57/hr (+ shift differential) starting with potential of up to $28.94 as an Operator
Sign On Bonus:
$500 after 30 days,
$500 after 6 months

The Job You Will Perform:
* Follow safety policies and procedures
* Counting and stacking finished product
* Reading factory orders
* Support Operators and Assistant Operators in running the machine
* Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
* Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, and have the ability to use a tape measure
* Accurately completing quality checks and following directions as given
* The ability to practice and maintain housekeeping standards
* This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
* Assist with securing all required tooling and materials in order to be ready for production orders
* Other duties as required.
The Skills You Will Bring:
* 2 years manufacturing experience highly preferred
* High School Diploma or GED preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
* Flexible to work overtime as needed
* Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions
