Salary Up to $130,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Kentucky

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security functions within the organization.
- Achieve and maintain all ISO certifications and ensure compliance with HSE&Q regulations.
- Develop strategic plans for HSE initiatives and facilitate change to improve performance.
- Coach and communicate HSE&Q strategies to the team, ensuring everyone understands and complies with requirements.
- Maintain accurate injury-illness records and ensure documentation meets corporate and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an OHS-related field preferred; advanced degree or professional certification (CIH, CRSP, or CSP) is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of OHS-related experience in heavy manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to build and sustain good working relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
