Environment, Health and Safety Manager - Astrix : Job Details

Pay: 110K-120K DOE

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with VP, creating, implementing, and sustaining Environmental Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Formulates corrective action plans within Environmental Health and Safety.
• Ensure that EHS procedures are properly documented and communicated across the organization, and that the company remains fully compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and local EHS regulation.
• Perform and oversee MESH assessments, PSM/RMP audits, PHA revalidation audits, and other EHS-related audits.
• Lead and carry out incident investigations
• Spearhead waste reduction and emissions minimization initiatives.
• Manage Air Permits, NDPES Permits, DOT related Permits
• Keeps detailed records of hazards, follow-up actions, and inspection data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant environmental health and safety experience.
• OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk management plans.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulatory standards.
• Minimal Travel Required – 4 times a year
