Essential Functions:

1. Implement, maintain, and improve safety policies and programs

2. Responsible for the execution and compliance to regulatory audits

3. Rigorous oversight into personnel adherence to safety programs and trainings

4. Maintain close relationships with internal personnel which drive performance and collaboration

5. Create a Vision for the Safety Program

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. 5+ years of demonstrated experience implementing health, safety or environmental programs

3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Demonstrated accomplishments leading and developing a safety conscious team
