CEG's premier client, a leading organization in the environmental services industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Environmental or Chemical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a professional who is passionate about sustainability and innovation, with a strong background in environmental engineering, chemical processes, or related fields. This position will play a critical role in driving the company's mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions for environmental challenges while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in water and/or PFAS remediation, including expertise in consulting, design, and feasibility studies. Candidates with Department of Defense (DoD) consulting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects focused on water treatment and remediation, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prepare detailed designs, and provide consulting services.
  • Serve as a technical expert, developing and implementing innovative solutions to address complex environmental challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions and implement project plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (required).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in water treatment and/or PFAS remediation.
  • Proven expertise in consulting, design, and feasibility studies.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and remediation best practices.
  • DoD consulting experience (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet client and organizational goals.
