Wastewater Engineering Project Manager

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Salary: $95K - $120K (Based on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Engineering Project Manager to join a dynamic team in the civil and environmental engineering industry. This role will involve managing and executing projects for water/wastewater infrastructure improvements and new systems for both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects focused on water and wastewater systems planning, design, and improvements.
• Develop bid-ready plans and specifications for wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, lift stations, water treatment plants, and more.
• Prepare engineering reports and permit applications.
• Manage project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee the permitting process in Texas and ensure projects meet regulatory standards.
• Actively pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in water resources engineering, specifically in wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license in Texas or on the path to obtaining.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred:

• Experience with public sector clients and engineering firms.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and related infrastructure.
