Position Overview

• Support the evaluation and improvement of safety, health, and environmental protocols to maintain compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to address inspections, compliance issues, and create a safety-first workplace culture.
• Execute and refine existing standard operating procedures and safety guidelines, with opportunities to grow into designing new ones.
• Conduct safety training programs for employees, ensuring understanding and adoption of safety practices.
• Assist with accident investigations, hazard assessments, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.

Requirements

• 2+ years of EH&S experience in a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting.
• Familiarity with industrial hygiene, hazardous waste management, and regulatory compliance.
