Environmental Health and Safety Specialist - CNH Industrial N.V. : Job Details

Designs, develops, implements, and coordinates the organization's environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs and procedures to safeguard employees and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations. Develops recommendations to prevent incident occurrences, promotes safety conscious work performance, and training programs applicable to the depot's policies and processes. Assists depots in pollution prevention and waste minimization programs through monitoring and technical mentorship. Collects, analyzes, and publishes EHS metrics for multiple locations within the region. Conducts job risk assessments, safety audits, and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards, and regulations. Builds and manages EHS training programs. Maintains applicable training records for multiple locations. Manages worker's compensation claims in partnership with local Human Resources department and Operational Leaders.
