As part of their continued growth, they are hiring an experienced EHS Specialist to join their team.

Role Snapshot

The EHS Specialist will play a key role in driving safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, security, and environmental initiatives at a large-scale manufacturing and warehouse facility. This includes building a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA, and EPA standards, conducting audits, managing ISO 14001 activities, delivering training, and leading process improvement efforts. The position also involves regulatory reporting, data management, and ensuring compliance in waste management, air quality, and spill control.

The Ideal Candidate:

A High School Diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred)

2-3 years of EHS experience (experience in a highly automated, large-scale environment is a plus)

Preferred certifications such as CSP, CIH, or similar

Expertise in EHS regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental best practices

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

A passion for safety, continuous improvement, and innovation

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
