About the Role:
As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. You will work closely with operations leadership, engineers, and employees at all levels to implement best-in-class safety initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements, conducting audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
- Program Development: Design, implement, and maintain safety policies, training programs, emergency response plans, and industrial hygiene initiatives.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Environmental Management: Oversee hazardous materials, air quality compliance, stormwater management, and waste disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Training & Culture Building: Conduct EHS training for employees at all levels, from onboarding to ongoing safety meetings, to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Project & Process Safety: Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure safety is integrated into capital projects and new manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and California-specific environmental regulations.
- Experience with hazardous materials handling, industrial hygiene programs, and emergency response planning.
