For more information visit - denalicorp.com.Job SummaryDenali is seeking an Environmental Manager to support our solid waste handling compliance program. This program is essential to the retail portion of Denali's business and includes all solid waste hauling permits across multiple sectors, feed licensing, and data management for recycling reporting. This position will report to the Denali Facilities Environmental Compliance Director.Location: Rogers, ArkansasKey Responsibilities* Completing and submitting feed and recycling tonnage reports to a variety of city, county, and state regulatory agencies.* Management of solid waste hauling permits for operations across the country* Managing payments of invoices associated with various permits, licenses, and reports.* Coordinating the scheduling of required vehicle inspections between operations teams and regulatory agencies* Managing fertilizer and feed licenses and permits for operations across the country.* Utilization of PowerBI for data including customers, disposal sites, operations codes, tonnages, and service dates* Maintaining a calendar of applicable permitting requirements* Requires collaboration with operations and assets teams.* Regular communication and collaboration with regulatory agencies regarding various permits, licenses, and reports* Research new regulatory requirements for hauling compliance as business needs grow.* Other work as directed.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, earth science, or related environmental degree.* Experience with obtaining and maintaining permits.* Proactive with timelines and ability to manage time well* Strong organizational skills and who can work independently and with a team.* Outgoing, self-starter who can create value while working independently but also on a team.* Proven success in communicating across multiple teams and to regulatory agencies.* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Outlook.Benefit Details* Health Insurance* Dental and Vision Benefits* Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance* Automatic enrollment in Short & Long-Term Disability* 4% employer contribution into 401k after six months* Paid Vacation & Sick Leave* Eligible for Performance Bonuses* 9 Paid Holidays* At Denali - We take pride in keeping our employees safe while at work so that they can return to their families each evening.
