Job Description
We are seeking an 10+ year experienced Environmental Project Manager/Estimator to support a variety of projects in NJ, Eastern PA, and some of NY. You will manage medium to large projects/contracts, including estimation, planning, and communication with field foreman/team. Additional responsibilities include oversight of budget, schedules, managing subcontractors, change orders, and invoicing.
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years experience in environmental remediation
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or environmental science
+ Construction management experience
+ Strong experience with remediation
Skills
+ Ability to manage multiple project schedules with competing deadlines
+ Effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
+ Mentoring and supervising junior or project-level staff
+ Leadership in environmental field investigations and remediation

This is a fully on-site position in Pleasantville, New Jersey OR in North Jersey.
Work Environment
