Job SummarySupervises daily landfill operations and landfill staff. Conducts operation, maintenance, and monitoring activities at all assigned closed landfills in compliance with site permits and environmental regulations.This position is responsible for collecting and managing field monitoring data, operating and maintaining environmental remediation systems, supervising contractors, assisting with budget tracking and procurement, and acting as liaison to regulatory inspectors and other stakeholders. This is an on-site field position assigned to multiple sites in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Limited tasks may be assigned for sites beyond The Bay Area region.

The expected salary range for this position is $85k – $90k per year. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay.
