The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.Qualifications:

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in general office cleaning or healthcare cleaning preferred.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk continually.
  • Frequently bend, climb, reach overhead, and carry/push/pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to speak and hear at normal auditory levels.
• Mental Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Continuously clean and maintain assigned areas.
• Use proper body mechanics and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform routine daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning or maintenance duties.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good repair and clean condition.
• Assist in the maintenance of instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Remove trash and laundry.
• Perform terminal cleaning.
• Assist the operating room team with cleaning and terminal cleaning.
• Receive and distribute laundry.
• Receive, deliver, and inventory materials in designated areas.
• Follow all rules and regulations for PHI and HIPAA protections of patient information.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including attendance and safeguarding confidential information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend all required education sessions.
