Environmental Services Technician I

Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company, is seeking an Environmental Services Technician I to join our team in the field. This role involves hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and procedures
• Engage in physical labor including lifting and handling heavy objects
• Operate various tools and equipment
• Work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments
• Follow all compliance and safety regulations
• Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling when necessary
• Operate vehicles in accordance with safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical job requirements
• Availability for on-call and weekend work
• Pass background check, drug test, and physical exam
• Ability to meet facial hair standards for respirator use

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license
• Previous relevant labor experience
