CTG is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Epic Ambulatory Support Analyst to join our team. The analyst will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to provide technical assistance, implement system improvements, and deliver training, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic for ambulatory care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tiered support for the Epic Ambulatory application, including diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor application performance and ensure minimal disruption to end-user operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated Epic Ambulatory-related inquiries and issues.
- Configure, test, and deploy system updates, upgrades, and enhancements for the Epic Ambulatory module.
- Analyze outpatient workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and system improvement.
- Develop and implement reporting tools to enhance operational and clinical decision-making.
- Partner with clinicians, administrative staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Facilitate communication between Epic and organizational teams to address system needs.
- Actively participate in ambulatory-focused projects and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and Epic best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Epic Ambulatory application support or similar roles.
- Epic certification in Ambulatory is required
- Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows and processes.
- Proficient in troubleshooting application issues and providing timely resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Epic Ambulatory module functionalities and integration with other Epic module
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $145,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
