- Clinical - Roles across Inpatient, Ambulatory, and specialty modules (such as Beaker) and across experience levels
- Revenue Cycle - Roles across Billing, Access, and specialty modules and across experience levels
- Reporting - Roles across BI, Clinical and Revenue Cycle and across experience levels
- Technical - Roles across integrations, conversions, and database teams and across experience levels
- Operations - Roles including analysts, project managers, trainers, site leads and more
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Must be able to travel up to 25%The ideal candidate has experience in the following areas:
- Providing Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for assigned Epic module(s)
- Collaborating with end users to design, build and optimize their Epic system in a timely and high-quality manner
- Ensuring appropriate decisions, follow-up questions, and workflows/configuration clarifications are completed and documented
- Facilitating communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications
- Contributing to Epic upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phases; troubleshoot problems and questions from end users
- Providing Technical / Clinical / Revenue cycle workflow consultation including application configuration
- Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system needs to develop recommendations for customers
- Working with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materials
- Adhering to organization standards for system configuration and change control
- Troubleshooting and/or resolving application issues and escalate more complex issues as appropriate
- Determining staffing requirements and supervising the work of any direct reports to ensure effective and efficient group functioning
- Providing support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on call coverage as required
Hours: 40 hours a week-M-F 8 AM - 5 PM (long term contract - 6 to 12 months, with possible extensions)Pay: $80+/hourLocation: Nationwide - hybrid role, some travel may be requiredThis position offers:

Requirements:
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges
- At least one active Epic certification(s) with proof of certificate number(s)
- Any combination of certifications and/or experience
- Experience with Epic systems build, test, optimization, support and training with clinical and revenue workflows
- Ability to demonstrate and have a history of team management (informal or formal), cross-team communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Ability to travel 25% of the time e.g., Monday thru Thursday, depending on the role and project requirement. Travel is within the United States.
