Position: Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst

Location: 100% REMOTE (Will need to come onsite for orientation/onboarding if hired for half a day in NYC)

**Need to be local to: NY, NJ, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, VA**

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years' experience as an Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst (Level 3)
• Cadence and Prelude Certified
• Hands-on experience supporting Mychart, building out projects & functionality
• Working with testing scripts, prepping, reading, and running them
• Nova Knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 7 years of experience

Plusses:

• Master's Degree

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a level 3 Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst for one of our healthcare clients in NYC. This person will be working with a team of 4 consisting of other epic analysts. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to support and optimize their Epic Cadence and Prelude applications, ensuring efficient scheduling and registration processes across our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tickets escalated up to them, conducting quarterly nova notes, upgrade builds, enhancement request, non-foundation pieces, troubleshoot, fix things within the systems, put together training materials for users. This person is also going to be doing lots of build outs for projects and functionality within Cadence and Prelude.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Compensation: 100K - 115K
