Role : EPIC ConsultantLocation : Louisville, KY - OnsiteDuration : Long term ContractResponsibilities for EPIC consultantDevelops, supports, and maintains all required system design and build documents and other system documentationProvides support of application incidents reported through the help deskAdheres to organization standards for system configuration and change controlDevelops strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partnersAttends, participates in, and contributes to meetings throughout the facilityTroubleshoots and/or resolves application issues and escalates more complex issues as appropriateThe Report Writer may create new reports, using third party report writing tools to display Clarity dataProvide Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module related to EpicCare AmbulatoryCollaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and make corrective configuration or enhancementsLead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phasesQualifications for EPIC consultantA certification in one of Epic's primary applications (EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient, OpTime, Willow, Stork, ASAP, Resolute Billing, Prelude/ADT, Cadence) Certification does NOT need to be currentClinical licensure/background desiredCoordinating Projects & PeopleEligible to work as an Epic consultant, unrestricted by any existing non-compete or non-solicitation agreementsFull cycle implementation and optimization experienceCurrent certification in Cadence, ADT, HIM, Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing or Tapestry
