We are on the hunt for a talented Epic Provisioning Analyst to join the Identity and Access Management team. • Manage user access and provisioning to ensure seamless operations, aligning with Identity Access and Management controls
• Serve as a liaison between the IT department and business contacts to understand and facilitate their access/security needs efficiently
• Spearhead Epic provisioning and security-related tasks, while adhering to Epic security policies
• Keep abreast of policy and procedural changes and contribute to security initiatives
• Analyze and resolve access issues, collaborating with the Identity and Access Management team
• Ensure Epic training completion and requisite approvals for user access
• Identify and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and security
• Provide 24/7 support and leverage working knowledge of Data Courier

The right person has:

• At least 1 year of experience with Epic systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service in line with client standards
• A self-directed, flexible mindset with a penchant for teamwork and innovation
• Respect for diversity and a commitment to continuous learning

Education & Certifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
• Epic 'Security Coordinator Certification' preferred
