The EPM Solution Architect responsibility will be serving as the lead solution architect and subject matter expert for large scale technical solutions in EPM's multi-dimensional models. This role requires a deep understanding of Enterprise Performance Management principles, expertise in Anaplan, and the ability to architect innovative solutions tailored to meet client requirements. This role is critical in ensuring a successful deployment of new Anaplan models and must provide excellent service, make best practice recommendations, and identify opportunities for future projects. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, deep expertise in model building, a strong technical background working with live Anaplan models, and can deliver results for complex problems in different industries. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Anaplan solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their strategic goals and challenges.
  • Provide strategic guidance on the utilization of Anaplan to enhance business performance and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including EPM consultants, developers, and project managers.
  • Lead implementations with focus on client and coach project team to have similar approach
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members on Anaplan best practices and conduct training sessions to enhance the Anaplan expertise of the team.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field-to-field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing
  • Identify gaps in business and technical requirements, testing, potential project risk, and communication issues in client delivery
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users
  • Elicit requirements for requested Anaplan model enhancements from clients and then design technical solutions
  • Determine priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones for requested enhancements and model defects
  • Provide technical instruction by actively mentoring team members through implementation and delivery of optimal solutions
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the overall understanding of Anaplan within the organization.
  • Review and optimize existing Anaplan implementations for improved performance and user experience
  • Maintain customer focus and demonstrate leadership to drive consensus and project related decisions
  • Serve as the application and software subject matter expert throughout the client engagement
  • Communicate well written and orally at all levels - managerial, technical, and user
  • Formulate and develop implementation strategy for identification of business requirements, process design and sustainable solutions for our clients
  • Responsible for mentoring small group of junior and confirmed consultants outside of project teams guiding them to grow in their careers
  • Create a business and client focused environment inside Keyrus, encouraging others to have same view
  • Create new solutions focused on solving real business problems such as demo models, proof of concepts and supporting sales team on pre-sales activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Background in financial/multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, or business intelligence
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as consultant or working on industry as SME on functional roles
  • Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and system interfaces
  • Ability to work independently, manage small to mid-size engagements, or parts of a larger engagement
  • Experience integrating Anaplan with other systems and data sources.
  • Anaplan Certifications such as Solution Architect and Master Anaplanner
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience
  • Strong English communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Consolidation/Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning
  • Prior experience with Oracle Hyperion, SAP EPM, IBM TM1/Cognos, Tableau, or similar technologies
  • Prior experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) - SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS
  • Prior experience in business development and providing sales support including contribution to RFPs and conducting demo sessions for prospective clients
  • Familiarity with Sales Performance Management solutions
  • Prior experience with leading ETL tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI))
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
