Knowledge of Commercial kitchen equipment, plumbing, ice machines a huge plus.40 hour work week with rotating on call for nights and weekends (emergencies). Requirements: Flexible to change planned priorities to address more urgent needs Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis. Ability to identify potential and existing problems Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to describe to manager work performed Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
