The main responsibility of this role is people management. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and training programs for sales representatives in sales and leasing industrial equipment. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and redesign the sales strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Set and track annual sales goals with measurable KPIs.
• Utilize CRM and analytics tools to optimize sales strategies.
• Represent the company at trade association meetings and events.
