Shift: Weekends (3 12's Fri-Sun 6a-6:30p)Avionics Technician IIBuild an Aviation Career You're Proud OfAt StandardAero, we use our ingenuity and know-how to find solutions for the simple to the most complex challenges in Aviation. As an Avionics Technician II , you will be responsible for avionics systems modifications. Adjust, repair or replace malfunctioning components or assemblies using hand tools and or soldering irons.Assemble components such as switches electrical controls, and junction boxes using hand tools and soldering irons.Connect components to assemblies such as radio systems, instruments, inverters, using hand tools and soldering irons.Install electrical and electronic components, assembles and systems in aircraft.Interpret flight test data in order to diagnose malfunctions and systemic performance problems.Lay out installation of aircraft assembling and systems, following documentation; Assemble prototypes or models of circuits, instruments and systems to be used for testing.Set up and operate ground support and test equipment to perform functional flight tests of electrical and electronic systems.Gulfstream aircraft avionics or corporate jet avionics experienceHealth- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts~ Short- & Long-Term Disability~ Learning & Training opportunitiesSalary: $30-40 per hour based on experienceWith over a century of proven excellence, StandardAero has become an industry leader in MRO services and customized solutions in the aerospace field.
