This role will require extensive contact with participating customer trading desks, operations desks, administrative and technical teams. Applicants should have strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills as well as a basic understanding of finance and financial instruments. Additionally, the candidate should have confident style supported by market credibility, and an ability to remain calm under pressure are essential as the role will involve dealing with periods of intense trading activity and demanding customers.Job Responsibilities
- Work with the platform to monitor and generate trading activity
- Build excellent relationships with dealers and provide relationship / market coverage as required
- Understand dealer trading strategy, requirements and behaviors and how these translate onto the platform
- Provide thorough in-person and online demos of the platform
- Work with implementation team to onboard clients
- Support trading activity and ensure that dealers have the necessary information to execute trades successfully
- Help educate dealer clients on how they could maximize usage of the platform
- Actively collate dealer feedback and share market information with appropriate internal teams
- Keep up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage
- Understand trade flow processes and the underlying systems used for automated trading
- Utilize data to help develop key strategies and new product features for better and more efficient investment and trading decisions
Qualifications
- College graduate with 1-2 years related work experience or internship
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Extremely comfortable with technology - proficient with full MS Office suite
- Dedicated team-player
- Exemplary work ethic - eager to learn

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $75,000 to $150,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
