About the job ER RN's/Emergency Room Registered Nurses We are in search of highly skilled and empathetic Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to become part of our client's renowned and award-winning teaching hospital in Rochester, New York. As an Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate and proficient care to patients in the dynamic and fast-paced setting of the ER. This full-time role involves rotating shifts and offers competitive compensation and benefits.Position: ER RN's/Emergency Room Registered NurseLocation: Rochester, NYSalary details: $90,000 - $125,000ER RN Responsibilities:- Evaluate and prioritize patient care in the ER- Administer physician-prescribed medications and treatments- Monitor, record, and report patient progress and vital statistics- Work with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute personalized care plans- Educate patients and their families on conditions and care protocols- Support physicians and perform emergency procedures during critical situations- Ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff- Comply with all hospital policies and proceduresER RN Qualifications:- Current RN license in New York State- At least one year of ER RN experience- Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills- Willingness to work flexible rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOur Offer:- A competitive salary and benefits package- Career development and progression opportunities- A supportive and team-oriented work atmosphere- Access to ongoing education and trainingBecome part of our client's team and positively influence patient lives in New York.
