029972 Charting System-Tsystems. 10 bed ER. RN:PT Ratio is 1:4. Critical AccessHospital.RN responsibility-Triage,assessments;interventions, cleaningand turnover of rooms and restocking. Former staff must be away fromNorth Star Health Alliance for at least 6 months before being consideredfor a travel assignment.• COVID vaccine is NOT required.

A facility in Carthage, NY is looking for a Emergency Room Registered Nurse(ER RN). Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) andPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Trauma Nursing Core Course(TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) preferred. Must haveminimum 1 year of experience in ER. FACILITY WILL APPROVE LOCALCAREGIVERS
