RESPONSIBILITIES

• Escorting Residents to and from appointments

• Observing and monitoring Residents

• Maintain confidentiality of all residents an facility data.

REQUIREMENTS

• HHA and or CNA License valid in State of NY

• Part-Time/Full Time
