• Review contracts and prepare escrow instructions
• Monitor transactions for completeness and compliance
• Ensure all necessary information and documentation has been ordered and is accurate
• Abstract documents, title reports, loan documentation, and other pertinent information
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance

Salary: $41.00 per hour
