Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking detail-oriented and client-focused Escrow Officers in Central Florida, Palm Beach, or the Space Coast and Treasure Coast areas. Note: MUST be in one of these locations to be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, clearing titles, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds. This is an exciting opportunity as we continue to expand in Florida!

Position Highlights:

* Order title reports for issuing title insurance, resolving title defects, and satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals.

* Establish escrow accounts by depositing funds and maintaining records.

* Prepare transaction documents by completing forms and statements, collecting, and reviewing existing documents.

* Complete calculations by prorating taxes and interest.

* Complete closing transaction documents by assembling documents, complete closing by recording and filing documents, and close escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds.

* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of related experience with experience directly handling escrow transactions

* Detail-oriented and able to recognize and assess elements of risk related to escrow fraud

* Customer service skills to work with real estate sellers, buyers, agents, and brokers

* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the escrow/title industry

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
