Pay: $110k-$130k + no cap bonuses
Location: Solana Beach, CA (fully in-office)

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Estate Planner: Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.
- Licensed in California: Must be currently licensed to practice law in California. Licenses in Nevada, Wyoming, Arizona, Texas, or Florida are a plus.
- Client-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their unique needs and provide effective solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Assess clients' situations, goals, and concerns through detailed consultations while maintaining a high closing rate.
- Professional Collaboration: Collaborate with your fellow firm attorneys and support staff, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to advance the legal interests of clients.
- Drafting: Analyze, advise, draft, and revise a wide array of estate planning documents, including wills, various trusts, and ancillary documents.
- Client Education & Communication: Explain complex legal concepts and provisions of the estate plan to clients in a clear, concise manner. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations regarding potential outcomes.
- Continuous Legal Research: Stay ahead of probate and tax laws, and advanced planning and trust techniques.
- Court Representation: Represent clients in the Probate division of the California Civil Court and related civil matters.
