Role Description

This role involves analyzing project specifications and blueprints, estimating costs, preparing bids, negotiating with subcontractors, and overseeing preconstruction activities to ensure accurate and timely project planning.

Qualifications

• Detailed Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Bid Preparation skills
• Knowledge of project specifications and blueprints
• Negotiation and Vendor Management skills
• Preconstruction oversight and planning experience
• Experience with self-perform estimating (concrete, carpentry, etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
