Estimator II - GPAC : Job Details

A leading Contractor is looking for an Estimator who can prepare bids for civil construction projects that value between $3-10M. Applicable project experience for this Estimator could include a work history of earthwork, underground utilities, concrete, paving, and more. Qualifications:

• 5 years of construction experience
• Stable work history
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field a plus
• Projects of $5M or more desirable

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications
• Develop multi-disciplinary estimates
• Determine labor and equipment costs
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing
• Understand project logistics and project schedule
