Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large ground-up multifamily and industrial construction projects. This role requires proven expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, as well as a demonstrated history of long-term tenure and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of ground-up multifamily and industrial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering professional growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on ground-up multifamily and industrial projects.
• Strong tenure in previous roles, reflecting commitment and reliability.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
• Exceptional communication skills for client and team interactions.
