• Conduct research and compile data to estimate materials, labor, and other construction costs.
• Obtain pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractors from vendors and other sources.
• Create detailed estimates for construction projects and provide appropriate supporting data.
• Analyze estimates and bids to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best price.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure estimates and bids meet the requirements of the project.
• Submit estimates and bids on time and within budget.
• Monitor changes to the scope of the project and provide updated estimates as needed.
• Maintain records of estimates, bids, and other related documents.

What You Need For This Position

• 5+ years of estimating experience in related fields above.
• BS in related field.
