We're seeking a Senior Estimator with a proven track record in the construction industry, particularly in concrete estimation, and proficiency with Bluebeam or AutoCAD. What You'll Do:

• Lead estimation efforts for complex concrete projects, analyzing project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Accurately estimate costs for concrete materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid submissions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate project scopes and timelines.
• Review and assess project risks, recommending cost-effective solutions to mitigate potential issues.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in estimation for concrete projects, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other estimation tools
• Strong leadership abilities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
