Job Description:

As a Senior Metal and Glass Estimator, you will be crucial in accurately estimating large and small architectural metal and glass projects. Your responsibilities will include performing detailed take-offs, preparing estimates with industry-standard software, and ensuring estimates adhere to company guidelines. You will be expected to manage your time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain clear communication with contractors and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate and comprehensive take-offs for various projects.
• Prepare detailed estimates using current software and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Perform various tasks as assigned by management.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and team members to follow up on estimates and project details.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in the metal and glass industry.
• Demonstrated experience with major NYC architectural metal and glass projects.
