In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, attend pre-bid meetings, conduct subcontractor site walk-throughs, and perform take-offs

The Role:

• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish
• Attend pre-bid meetings.
• Conduct subcontractor site walk-throughs

The Person:

• Experience in commercial/industrial estimating.
• Strong familiarity with all construction procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of estimating documents and project cost analysis
