Job Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates for offshore and subsea construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements to prepare bid proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to gather necessary cost data.
- Assess project risks and provide cost contingencies where needed.
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends in offshore construction, including material costs, labor rates, and technological advancements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure estimates align with company financial objectives and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in estimating offshore or subsea construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of offshore infrastructure, subsea installations, and marine operations.
- Proficiency in estimating software (such as Primavera P6, WinEst, or similar tools).

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with oil & gas, renewable energy, or deepwater projects.
- Familiarity with contract structures such as EPC, Lump Sum, and Cost-Plus contracts.
- Certifications such as AACE Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or similar.
