Position Responsibilities:

• Estimate project costs for earthwork and excavation activities
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to negotiate pricing- Review blueprints, specifications, and reports to create accurate estimates
• Collaborate with project managers to develop cost-effective solutions

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and reports
• Experience in sales, contracts, and negotiations is a plus- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
