This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimator at International Blind Contractors, Ltd. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects. The role is located in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work.

• Experience in analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software tools
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
