Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator in Waterproofing and Restoration at PIERCE Property Services in Boston, MA. The Estimator will be responsible for evaluating projects, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. They will work closely with the operations team to oversee project progress and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of waterproofing and restoration techniques
• Experience in estimating and project management
• Proficiency in project cost estimation and budgeting
• Knowledge of exterior envelope systems and materials
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Certifications in waterproofing/restoration are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
