Job Description :

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:The ETL Developer / Data Governance Specialist will work within the Data & Analytics team and with any technology solution providers (e.g., vendors, infrastructure team, development team, etc.) to build the technical infrastructure and solution for data mining, harmonization, and standardizing the data to be housed/analyzed in a data warehouse. This position will also involve identification/development of and execution of test plans to ensure that technical solutions meet the needs of the business.Key Job Activities: Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:• Deliver design documents as part of SDLC (requirement gathering and analysis, design, testing, deployment and plan support maintenance).• Build relationships with business clients along with the Product Owner and acts as a liaison between the business community and technical team.• Assist Product Owner in determining value and priority of competing projects across multiple business functions to better create roadmaps and timelines.• Analyze change requests to determine feasibility in relation to existing business requirements and processes.• Interface with developers and vendors to understand whether we can meet business and technical requirements.• Anticipate the needs of the business and align solutions to strategic initiatives.• Identify missing requirements based on experience and business goals.• Ensure transition and documentation for ongoing system support.• Work with business partners to develop acceptance criteria / test cases in order to develop comprehensive test plan and perform needed application testing.• Maintain all documentation, including business and technical application requirements, report requirements, and support documentation.• Document data requirements, source systems involved, and perform data profiling to assist in determining project feasibility.• Other projects or duties as assigned.Education: Required Education: in Bachelors or MastersExperience: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.• 5+ years of general IT experience.• 5+ years as a business, technical or systems analyst.• Technical knowledge of/experience in Business Object Data Services (BODS) data flow/job development• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts with knowledge of ETL and Reporting tools.• SAP BW/Hana• SAP Analytics Cloud• Analytics for Office• Tableau• Alteryx• SAP Information Steward experience required• Advanced SQL skills to analyze source system data• Moderate data profiling skills.• Strong at developing test cases.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.• Ability to build collaborative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.• Must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.• Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, preferably Agile.• Ability to bridge communications on complex needs and requirements between technical and business-oriented audiences.• Demonstrated ability to organize, facilitate, and recap meetings with good attention to detail.Stericycle currently offers its employees the option to participate in a full range of benefits, including a health care program which includes medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage, healthcare and dependent care flexible spending accounts, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, an employee assistance program, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) plan, and an employee stock purchase plan.
